Giving Thanks

First there were 2, then there were 4, then 6... Cool!

Gotta love the "Self-Timer". It only took 3 takes to get it right.

Does Charlie look like Mom & Dad?
Or Mom?

Fun with Joe & Shelley

The sky was cloudy and the sea was rough but that didn't dampen the spirits of the Brunetti's and the Kluesner's ocean adventure and cocktails at the Belmont Brewery.

Adding Another Sister to the Gathering

So rather than joining us in San Diego, Cris & Randy would rather spend the weekend at the NASCAR race in Phoenix. (Granted they had their tickets before we planned the trip.) Anyway they did stop in Long Beach at met up with us for a day. So in adding Cris and Rany to the group, our quaint 850 sq. foot house was home to 8 adults. Randy was a good sport and said he was comfortable on the sofa sleeper. It was fun; it kinda reminded me of the 8 of us sleeping in the camper when we were kids. We enjoyed the harbor and had dinner at Parker's Lighthouse. In the morning, after the Kodak picture moments, we dropped Lori & Alan off at the airport and then visited the Ronald Regan Museum. It was an grand adventure and we loving having family visit.
P.S. Sorry Randy that you got a speeding ticket on the way home! Teehee

Culbertson Sisters Gather

Cathy & Loron made a return visit to Long Beach to utilize their Sea World Return pass. Also joining the gathering were Lori and Alan. Once they safely arrived at LAX we headed directly to the Mission at San Juan Capistrano. This is a Great place for photos. Thank goodness for the Oceanside Worldmark Condos, very convenient for the San Diego based trips. We spent the next day at Sea World and all braved the Water Ride. Oh Cathy, the smart one, offered to hold the camera's and purses. She wisely could see how the ride ends. And yes, the rest of us did get soaked and it was late in the day before we dried off. On Sunday, we hoped to take a Harbor Cruise but Mother Nature provided a nasty day so we opted for the bus tour of San Diego. Before heading back to Long Beach, we stopped by the Oceanside Pier, labeled the longest pier in Southern California.
